Face ID on open, the same 15-minute idle timeout, and the same audit log.
Not in the App Store yet
Pellmoor is pre-launch. There is no App Store or Google Play listing to send you to, and we would rather say so than park a dead download button here.
If you already have a build installed, the button below opens it. Otherwise everything the app does, the website does too — including joining your video visit.

Prefer the browser?
The portal does everything the app does. Some things are easier here — reading a long chart, downloading it, or printing a Good Faith Estimate.
One account, two doors
Signing in on one does not sign you out of the other
Sessions are separate, and both expire
The app holds its own session in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore; the browser holds a cookie. Both time out after 15 minutes of inactivity, and both can be revoked from our side.
Your state still governs every visit
Telehealth follows the law of the state you are physically in at the time of the visit. That is true in the app exactly as it is on the web, and the software enforces it in both.
