Not a rotating queue of strangers reading your chart for the first time. You are assigned one clinician who manages your conditions over time, and you can message them directly without a portal ticket disappearing into a void.
What we handle well by video
Chronic conditions
Hypertension, type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, asthma, GERD, migraine, and gout.
Preventive care
Screening schedules, immunization review, cardiovascular and cancer risk assessment, and a written plan you can actually follow.
Acute minor illness
Sinus and urinary symptoms, rashes, cough, pink eye, and the everyday things that do not need a waiting room.
Mental health, within limits
Depression and anxiety screening and treatment with non-controlled medication, plus referral when you need more than we can offer.
Lab interpretation
Including results ordered elsewhere. Bring us a confusing panel and we will explain it.
Medication review
Deprescribing, interaction checks, and an honest look at whether you still need everything on your list.

What virtual primary care cannot do
We cannot examine you. We cannot listen to your heart or lungs, feel your abdomen, look in your ears, or take your blood pressure ourselves.
If your problem needs hands, imaging, a procedure, or a vaccine, we will tell you and help you arrange it locally. A clinic that claims it can do everything remotely is not being straight with you.
We do not prescribe controlled substances
None, in any schedule — no stimulants, opioids, benzodiazepines, or testosterone. This is policy, not a case-by-case judgment. If you need that care, we will help you find it.
Your record belongs to you
Download your full chart, including clinician notes and lab results, any time from your portal. Under the 21st Century Cures Act we do not delay or block your access to your own information.

Virtual Primary Care
Longitudinal primary care delivered by telehealth: preventive care planning, chronic disease management, acute minor illness, and coordination with in-person services when a physical examination or procedure is required.
Who is eligible
- Age 18 or older.
- Physically located in a state where we are licensed at the time of each visit.
- Has, or is willing to establish, a local relationship for services requiring hands-on care (imaging, procedures, vaccines, in-person examination).

Absolute contraindications
If any of these apply, we will not prescribe. No exceptions.
Emergency or potentially life-threatening presentation
Telehealth is not an emergency service. Route to 911 or the nearest emergency department.
Condition requiring hands-on physical examination or a procedure
Refer for in-person evaluation; the standard of care cannot be met remotely.
Request for any controlled substance
No controlled substance in any schedule is prescribed on this platform, under any circumstance. Referral offered.
Acute psychiatric crisis or active suicidality
Immediate crisis routing (988) and referral to acute behavioral health services.
Under 18 years of age
We are an adult-only practice.
Prenatal care
Requires in-person obstetric care; referral provided.

Common questions
Can this replace my regular doctor?
For many adults with stable conditions, yes. If you need frequent in-person examination, procedures, or complex specialty coordination, we work best alongside a local clinician rather than instead of one. We will tell you which situation you are in.
What if I need blood work?
We order it electronically to a draw site near you. You pay the lab directly at published cash rates, and results come back into your portal with an explanation from your clinician.
Can you refill my existing prescriptions?
Non-controlled maintenance medications, generally yes, after we review your history and confirm the monitoring is current. Controlled substances, no.
Do you accept Medicare?
No. We bill no insurer, including Medicare. Please consider what that means for you before enrolling.
What if I move?
If you move to Illinois, Indiana, or New York we continue seamlessly. Anywhere else, we must transfer your care — and we will send your full record wherever you ask, at no charge.
