What we collect

We set a single strictly necessary cookie to maintain your authenticated session. It is HTTP-only, secure, and scoped to this host. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

Sharing
We share information with service providers strictly as needed to run the service — hosting, payment processing, secure email delivery, laboratory and e-prescribing partners. Each is bound by contract, and each that may touch protected health information has a signed Business Associate Agreement on file.
Your privacy rights
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and you may limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no opt-out to exercise. Medical information governed by HIPAA and the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act is exempt from the CCPA and is protected under those laws instead. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

Regardless of where you live, you may email privacy@pellmoorhealth.com to access, correct, or delete website information we hold about you. Information that is part of a medical record is subject to retention requirements and is handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices.
Security
See our security posture for the specific controls we apply. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
Children
This site and this practice are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
