Getting started
How do I know if I qualify?
Take the free eligibility check. It takes about five minutes, requires no payment method, and gives you an answer immediately — including a clear no if we are not the right fit.
Do I need to be in one of your three states?
You must be physically located in Illinois, Indiana, or New York at the time of each visit. This is a licensure requirement, not a preference. Living in one of those states but travelling elsewhere on visit day means we reschedule.
How fast can I be seen?
Most patients are seen within a few business days of completing intake and baseline labs. Lab turnaround is usually the limiting factor.
Do you treat people under 18?
No. We are an adults-only practice.
Do you offer hormone replacement therapy?
No. We offer medical weight management and virtual primary care only. We do not provide menopausal hormone therapy or testosterone replacement, and we will refer you to a practice that specializes in it.
Medication
Do you prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?
No. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The shortage declarations that permitted broad compounding of these molecules have ended.
Can you guarantee I will get a prescription?
No, and any clinic that guarantees one is not practising medicine. A prescription is issued only when a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you.
Which pharmacy do you use?
Whichever one you choose. We do not dispense medication, we own no pharmacy, and we receive nothing from any pharmacy.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No. None, in any schedule, in any state. No stimulants, opioids, benzodiazepines, or testosterone. If you need that care we will help you find it elsewhere.
Money
Is this really cash-only?
Yes. We bill no insurer of any kind, including Medicare and Medicaid. No claims, no prior authorizations, no copays, no surprise bills.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A written estimate of expected charges that federal law requires providers to give self-pay patients before care. Since we take no insurance, every patient gets one automatically.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks on your account page, any time, with no fee and no minimum term. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Privacy
Who can see my medical record?
You, and the clinicians involved in your care. Role permissions are backed by a relationship check — a clinician with no treatment relationship to you is blocked, and the attempt is logged as a denial.
Do you use advertising trackers?
No. There is no advertising pixel, ad conversion tag, or session-replay tool on this site. Trackers on health pages transmit the fact of a health condition, which is exactly the practice that has drawn enforcement action against other telehealth companies.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Can I get a copy of my record?
Yes, any time, from the portal, in a standard electronic format, at no charge. We do not delay or block access to your own information.
