How we are built
Built to a clinical and security standard, not a growth target
The technology is not the product — the medicine is. But the technology is where most telehealth companies leak patient data, so we treat it as a clinical safety system.
Encrypted at the field level
Protected health information is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it reaches the database — not just disk encryption.
Every access is logged
Reads included. The audit log is hash-chained, so a deleted or altered entry is detectable.
Mandatory MFA for staff
No clinician or administrator account can touch a record without a second factor.
Minimum necessary, enforced
A clinician with no treatment relationship to you is denied access — and the denial is recorded.
No data sales, no ad pixels
We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising. There is no marketing pixel on any clinical page.
Signed agreements with every vendor
Anyone who could touch your data has a Business Associate Agreement on file, tracked in a live register.
What we will not do
The list most clinics won't publish
Knowing what a practice refuses to do tells you more than any testimonial.
We do not prescribe compounded GLP-1s.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and the shortage conditions that permitted broad compounding have ended.
We do not offer hormone replacement therapy.
Neither menopausal hormone therapy nor testosterone. If that is the care you need, we will point you toward a practice that specializes in it.
We do not prescribe controlled substances.
None, in any schedule, in any state — no stimulants, opioids, benzodiazepines, or testosterone. This is policy, not a case-by-case judgment.
We do not treat patients under 18.
This is an adults-only practice.
We do not promise a number on the scale.
No guaranteed results, no 'lose 20 lbs in 30 days.' Individual results vary.

Where we can legally treat you
Telehealth is governed by the law of the state you are physically in at the time of your visit — not where you live, and not where we are. Our software enforces this before a visit can be booked.

If you are outside Illinois, Indiana, or New York at the time of a scheduled visit, we must reschedule. We will still refill an existing prescription where it is lawful to do so — message your care team.
